The Texhoma Times building ??
First National Bank built their new building in 1980. It is owned by Jack Freeman and sons. Mark, Luke and Paul. It's address is 222 West Main and is just west of the Texhoma Public Library.
The Texhoma Public Library is located on the north side of Main Street next to the First National Bank. It was a gift to the city given by Jesse and Esther Riffe and was built in 1956. Librarians have been Mrs. C.C. Reed, Mrs. Gevena Carlile, Mrs. Fred Krull. Tim and Vicki Butts, Lula Belle Hollis, currently Carol Kobel is the present librarian.
The small yellow double brick building across the street on the north side of Main had the Aycock Real Estate on the east side. Later it served as Jesse Riffe's office. The west side was Dr Morgan's Dental Office. Mrs. Butts had a dress shop in the rear section. Later Gus and Erous Berry had their barber and Beauty shop here. Other beauty shop owners have been Virgie Hager. Jesse Freer, Brenda Connolly. Becky Lansdown and last was Bill Wooten Real Estate. West Side is now empty.
Buss Johnson family currently use the east side for their farm office.

The northwest side of Main on the corner- until recently was the home of the Texhoma Hotel. Torn down in 1986 it started life in 1922 as the Tranquility Hotel. Later renamed Texhoma Hotel and was owned by George and Mona Butterbaugh. it served as social center for many years. It was the site for many dances. banquets and housed many of Texhoma's teachers through the years. Later owners and operators included Morris Freeman. J.C. Bell. Bill Sisk. Mrs. S.S. Jackson and Lance Andrews. The Alan Hedricks last used it as a private home.
To commemorate Texhoma's centennial, 1901-2001, the Texhoma Rotary Club along with the The Riffe Foundation transformed the empty lot into Centennial Park complete with a Monument.
